1. Acceptance
By accessing fbsa.app (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the Service
The Site publishes statistical research on football match outcomes, produced by probability models (including bivariate Poisson and Dixon-Coles methods) and evaluated against public results. All content is provided for research and educational purposes only.
- Nothing on the Site is betting, investment or financial advice.
- We do not accept payments, subscriptions or wagers of any kind.
- Probabilities shown are model estimates, not guarantees; football outcomes are inherently uncertain.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape the Site at volumes that degrade service for others, not to misrepresent our research as advice, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including advertising or promoting gambling.
4. Intellectual Property
Original articles, charts and model descriptions on the Site are © FBSA Research. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale republication requires written permission. Match data referenced on the Site derives from publicly available results.
5. Accuracy and Corrections
We evaluate our models transparently and publish negative results, but we do not warrant that any figure, probability or statement is error-free. Errors brought to our attention are corrected and noted per the process on our Contact page.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBSA Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.
7. Third-Party Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) in the future. Such advertising is governed by our Privacy Policy; we do not endorse advertised products and prohibit gambling advertisements.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
